I would say better late than never but...
May 5, 2009 Dear Blademan, Thank you contacting my office regarding Eric Holder's appointment as Attorney General of the United States. President Obama has carefully selected a team to rebuild our justice system. As a former mayor of the Municipality of Anchorage, I believe CEO's should have the ability to pick their executive team - and we will hold the President accountable for that team. I know you disagree with Attorney General Holder's position on guns. I will always support the Second Amendment, and I will fight any legislation that would restrict gun rights as I have done already. Thank you for contacting me. When did you send our illustrious senator your first message? Over a month ago I sent Young, Murkowski, and Begich a letter on my second ammendment concerns, and have responses from both Lisa and Don, but no Markee. Gosh, I don't know. It's been quite a while, and that's why I thought it was so funny. It was right after Holder was named as the one's pick for AG. I'll see if I still have the email somewhere. ETA...I found it. It was sent to him the end of January 09.
