$500 per MONTH to pay for heating fuel? DUDE, we're not THAT bad for natural gas in Anchorage, but it's getting close. Glad I just got done installing my wood stove to help offset the cost of gas. Do you burn wood, too, or is the $500 for your entire heating plant bill? |
not uafgrad but my fuel oil bill was 300+ a month when I lived in Fbx moved down to Palmer expected cheap natural gas and bam 30% rate hike right after I moved here  definately using the fireplace this year

I am on the 10 month plan and its just under $500 a month in payments 3bdr/2.5 bath 2200 sqft Have a fire place but borough says we cant use wood as a secondary source when its cold |
It's been put to a ballot before, and failed. I voted to cash it out and end it rather than have state taxes imposed for which you get no vote if they want to do it. |
