For those who only ship to the CON48 Not due to higher shipping cost or the time it takes me to drive to the local United States PO. We are unable to ship INTERNATIONALLY or export to the CON48. shipping to US domestic addresses in AK and HI only. This my policy, if dont like it I DONT CARE!!!! Doesnt these CON48 ads really gets on ones nerves and you must beg to ship them USPS mail. Then get a dumb reply. |

| I orded a trigger housing from winchester/browning a few weeks ago the part was $22 something and shipping was $25 cause they concitered(sp) hawaii over seas.But when I order my bullit heads from lasercast or meister they send them in set price shipping boxes from usps for like $10 and some change to ship 1000 heads. |
Its amazing how many people dont know that Hawaii is a state too.... I taught High school Social Studies and I had to teach my students: There is no "East Virginia" Arizona is not just a canned juice name Canada is NOT part of the US New Mexico is a state but "Old" Mexico refers to the country Mexico Pennsylvania is a state but Transylvania is not Washington State is not the same as Washington DC The Midwest is in the US, the Mideast is not Rhode Island is not an island but part of the continental US.. well most of it is. North Dakota/North Carolina is actually to the north of South Dakota/South Carolina There is no state named Old York, Old Hampshire, or Old Mexico. But i could not answer why residential buildings are called "apartments" when the units are actually together. |

I have a lot of my friends who went to college on the east coast. Their fellow students were dumbfounded when they hear someone is from Hawaii. I guess a lot of people think Hawaii is. A bunch of half naked people living in grass huts. No planes or cars. We got to college by canoe. Hawaii is just off the coast of California. Pretty weird if you ask me. |

That always drove me insane when I lived in Alaska. What made it even more ridiculous is the fact that UPS would always try to weasle out of delivering to my home in Kasilof. Plus UPS always took longer for their 2nd day air than priority mail from USPS. The priority flat rate USPS boxes are your friend. I had a 50 pound flat rate box shipped to me in Alaska one time and it only cost the usually $8 or $9 fee (whatever it was at the time). It would probably have been 10 times that price to us UPS. |

Just for laugh I email this guy on ebay and asked if he would ship to the USS Nimtz. Im stationed on the USS Nimtz. We have a US Post office abourd our ship. It has an FPO address. Can you please send the shoes (its a pair of new sneakers) to the following address. Heres the reply: Thanks for your intrest in the shoes. But how am I going to send it to a boat? Im sorry I only ship to Con 48 States. |
Speaking of..... I was talking to this girl on the phone this winter and I was bitching about the cold . She says to me " Why are you cold ?You are right there next to Hawaii and it is always warm there . " I pulled the phone away and had a WTF look and than asked her "What?" And she says" Go look at the map .You are right there. How can you be cold ?" I swear . Some people should not breed . |
