[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Earthquake Update

Power came on about an hour ago(I'm on the North Shore of Oahu) TV says only 20% of Oahu is back on the grid. The other islands have had power for some time. Only damage is on the Big Island- Rock slides and cracked roads and some sink holes. No injuries reported anywhere. It was the biggest quake I've ever felt. Nothing fell down or anything but we definitely knew it was an earthquake. My friend on the Big Island had pictures fall off the walls and stuff in cupboards fall but nothing major.

I was pretty supprised to wake up and be looking out the window at everything shaking... thought i drank too much the night before! biggest quake I've been in (being from the Northeast)
