I was wondering if an expunged arrest and conviction for domestic violence would disqualify you from becoming an Alaskan state trooper. Anyone know offhand???

Best bet is to call AST and ask them.

My guess is yes.  Expunged or not it is still on your record

nope, expunged or not it doesn't matter.  I had a juvi fun spree when I was 14 that was expunged yet it needs to be declared when applying for any LE agency or military.  They will not look well towards a DV conviction though, expunged or not I believe your SOL.  Sorry dude.

14 is an interesting age.  If you shoplift BEFORE age 14, you can get in the Air Force.  If you shoplift after you turn 14, you're disqualified.
