I'd like to apologize for not having more of a presence here on the IA HTF but this has been a very busy year and a year I'd like to mostly forget. Between dealing with my fathers health/hospitalization/nursing home/death, helping our mother with all the estate issues that continue to come up, working with a Federal agency, coaching two soccer teams, retiring from the military, spending as much time as possible with our daughter that is in 11th grade, trying to sell properties out of State and closing on a piece of property we bought here in Iowa...I've just lurked to check on everything here.
