Does any one know if any of judges & Courts of Appeal people should be as well as the kept or not?

Judges often try to stay unafiliated.
There have been precious few gun-related cases in Iowa. The only ones in recent memory (the last 5+ years?) are someone getting a judge to order a sheriff to take college-level classes on constitutional law after the sheriff revoked his carry permit because he didn't like his politics, and the one where a judge in the Des Moines area dismissed a case against a person who followed the letter of the law in refusing to show his carry permit when open-carrying in the city there (which through an unintended phrasing, is actually not required, as long as you actually do possess it and have it on you, you do not have to show it unless you are concealing the gun HAHAHA). |
