Would anyone be interested in getting one or two the the adjusters in the link below?
I am curious about them for shits and grins.
I showed them to a buddy that has a metal lathe and he has been trying to make some, but apparently they are not anywhere near as easy as they would seem.
Tapping that little assed hole is proving to be a real bitch.

As you can see, the more you buy the cheaper they get.
Sort of.

So...?

instead of a long gravel trigger, you get a short gravel trigger...  better use loctite too, as when it backs off, no prob.  when it shortens up, your weapon stops working.

all you're doing is removing some take up.  they are fine for what they are, but don't think your shootability will magically increase.

Yeah, I know, just curious.
Part of the idea is to get one in hand to see if we can figure out how to make them up cheaply and sell them at gun show with dog tags as a way to make a little extra scratch.
BTW, Sire Septic, if you could put a dozen or so business cards in the mail and send them to me, that'd be great.
I've handed out the last of the ones I had.
Don't think i've actually created any bidness for ya, but doesn't hurt.

If you really want some adjustability, I quite like my Geissele Hi-Speed.

Be forewarned that you can tune it past it's limits and have a dangerous trigger, but if you stick to the instructions you'll be fine.

If you want to dry fire mine or shoot it, you're more than welcome to. Spendy but good.  Septic has one in one of his rifles, and I think he sells Geissele stuff too.

ETA:

This is me in a field last year, removing something similar to that thing you posted from one of my Seekins lowers.  It decided to adjust itself while I was shooting until I had a trigger that would no longer reset.

we looked into it...  there was a 'hole through' bolt in 1/4" we could have used, but by the time you messed around with it and assumed trigger liability, covered your ass with an insurance policy a lawyer ok'd, we figured we'd be making $2 or less per unit.  so we said fuck it...

email your address and i'll send you some cards.  thanks greg!
