My father and I will probably go, but not really wanting to. I am not buying anything at crazy prices. I am being patient and trying to only buy things from the good guys, not the ones that are marking up everything.
I am praying that this crazy BS will stop, but I doubt it. The goverment has gone too far, and sadly half the american population doesnt give a SHIT! |

Line was fairly long to get it. But the line was completely in the door within 30 minutes or so. Once inside, aisles were fairly clear. There were dense pockets around the vendors with lots of pistols, but that's about it. GOOD NEWS, prices are coming down! One vendor with unmarked BCGs for $195. Red x arms had lots of uppers for $315 and they would throw in a BCG only if buying an upper, for $150. Some vendors were way high, while others were pretty darn competitive. I saw 30 rd pmags for as low $25. By Sunday afternoon, I'd guess you might be able to get some real deals. |

I strolled right in at 6, no wait at all, and it was darn nice not to have the log jams in the isles. Only a couple times did I have to wiggle my way through a crowd, as opposed to two months ago, when it was that way EVERY where.
Managed to score a 10 round 10/22 mag for $15, and felt like I had won the lottery! Too bad only had one. |

I went Friday on the search for a particular pistol. Prices were still high but ammo was insane. All .22lr was 65-100 for 500+ bulks. The last show was 45 for 525 bulk and I though that was high. I did find my pistol though for cheaper than I could find anywhere in the past 4 months. A few vendors there had them and they were 950-1000. Finally found one vendor with new one in box for under 900. So my new Sig M11-A1 followed me home. Holy cow I love this handgun... I may go back tomorrow found a couple c&r rifles I may try to deal on. Show was better I feel than a couple months ago. Minus the crazy ammo prices. I literally saw people walking around with calculators figuring out cost/round

Better me than most of the other schmooes around here. Was good to meet you too. Actually had 5 or 6 people walk up to me and introduce themselves from here. And of course, I cannot remember who they were. I did pretty well, but not great; today was shit. And it doesn't help pad the bottom line when cute little kids and especially kids with hot moms get free ones so I can talk to the moms. 
One of you guys even had a cute daughter (I'm guessing daughter anyway) with him, but he didn't introduce us of course. Whoever warned him about me is getting kicked in the scrotum next time I see you. Was good to see Fish and Romper and I saw Mr. Roberts too.
And Fish is right, Romper is HOT in uniform. Grrrrrrr.... I was greatly disappointed in not seeing Septic or Strongarm or the Twins, but I can understand them not wanting to risk running into Fish and Thomas. And Joel, you should have heard the names Fish and Thomas said I should call you for being a bitch and backing out on me. I actually had to write some of them down and look them up and a couple of them... I am still not sure of the context in which they were used. |
