Thought I'd mention that yesterday I got my order from Brownells. Just a small order which included some targets. Problem was, the targets were the wrong ones. Not a big deal as I can still use what they shipped. This morning I got to thinking...insert evil laugh here...anyway, I wondered where the order went south. The order number was correct on my paperwork. So, I call. Customer service guy does some checking and finds out their webpage is stating the wrong number for that target. He tells me to keep the targets and they'll send out the correct targets. I tell him that's not necessary as I can use the other targets, and that the reason for the call wasn't to complain, only to find out where the error was. (I'm getting a little long in the tooth and just figured it was my error.) He tells me he couldn't NOT send them since discovering the error, it's their policy. I quit arguing the fact.
Nice to know some businesses know the real meaning of customer service. Way to go Brownells. |

I've spent many thousands of dollars there over the years, and I don't foresee that changing anytime soon Brownells has been awesome about supporting our Cowboy Action Shoots and out Zombie shoots that we hold, I cant thank them enough for all the door prizes they have gave us to give away to our shooters. Great people. ML |

On my note of returns. I made their form fillable for those who have poor handwriting skills. This way they can read what you are sending easier.

| its a counter and its kind of an interesting experience because they only take online orders, but they can do it will-call. So if you dont order before you go in, they have a paperback catalog, and a few computers with their website up ready for you to place your order. then they just go grab it and hand it to you. Oh and there's a 2% walk-in discount as well. |
| I got to a chance to spend some time at the rally talking with some of their techs who I've worked with over the phone and email. Great bunch of guys. Didn't get a chance to meet Monty. He let me exchange a .22 conversion kit when I didn't even purchase it originally from Brownells. Now who does that? Needless to say I went back several times over. |
