| I have left a few posts on lower recievers and question about them um so here it goes ok the owner of Rhine Group offered me some advise today about my step dad or mom going in and buying a lower and then giving it to me as a gift would this work? Is there any paperwork needed if we were going to transfer it to me? Or should she let me build the rifle (slowly) and she transfer it to me as a complete rifle once I have finished it? help please |
