The budget is in taters as money is spent to try and impress Hooters girls and install ever larger cattle guards on their vehicles, in an effort to ward off the vermin known as "bike riders." This not to mention the regime's failure to restaff the HR department after the Great Banning of April. We need to install the Trout as the leader of this glorious forum.
