I will be heading down to Des Moines this coming monday and will be there for about 3 days, just wondering if there is any good gun stores I can check out while im there, probably in the Des Moines area or close by. Thanks.

Nothing so impressive you will be glad you went. Sportsmans whorehouse is probably the best, but its pretty run of the mill for a large hunting/outdoor sporting goods store. The small shops are total shit.

There is a reason we always called it Dead Moines! I do like the city more now that i'm older,it is a pretty clean and safe town compaired to most,but the lack of a good gun shop does suck.
