I've looked around, and haven't been able to find out if "Any Other Weapons" were allowed in iowa. My gut is telling me no, but I'd like to know for sure.

State of Iowa views AOW's as DD (destructive device) which is not allowed.

Sorry to break the bad news to ya.

No fun stuff in the Hawkeye State.  Which is probably just as well, my credit card would melt if we had it.

Law has been on the books for decades.  Never been the slightest attempt to change it and I doubt there ever will be.

Only exceptions are Class III dealers (a handful in the state) and law enforcement.

Iowa was Class III friendly until the late 1970's when the State outlawed them and there was no grandfather clause for those already legally owned.
