i was buzzing along and saw these guys a couple miles from my house.  i thought i'd snap a quick one.

there were more as i buzzed by at mach 3, but by the time i turned around the numbers had dwindled.  there were better than 30 i'm sure as i went by the first time.

i've never hunted them.  makes me want to blast one with the 50....

pheasants too.  i snapped a shot of 32 of them along the edge of my north CRP.  i managed to delete it from my camera.  



i'd never seen that many before in such a small area.  in fact i don't remember seeing a rooster among them...
