Sounds good- I missed the last one.  Although... a good day for a winter shoot is probably also going to be a good day for a COYOTE SHOOT!

4 days out of the month for four months out of the year go pretty fast...

Well weirder things have happened and a lot of other states have a Winter Shoot so...me thinks that would be fun.  Unfortunately with our weather you never know what to expect and it could be a real bitch to find and pick up brass with snow on the ground!

We can see what kind of interest we can draw for a Winter Shoot but I definitely feel it should be some time after the first of the year with all the Holidays coming up and everything else.  Most ranges would be closed so it would have to be held somewhere informal like Bays Branch in Panora or some other similar range.  Depending on amount of snow on ground I would highly suggest driving a 4X4 to the range because if there's snow I'm sure the access road won't be cleared.

I'm home from the 17th through the 27th and I'd be up for it.

Day after Thanksgiving , the girls go shoping and I go shooting.

Depending on location I'm in, I always feel the coldest day is a good day to test/prove guns and clothing.
