What seats are up this fall and who is running for re-election? I know Vilsack is not re-running for governor, good deal!! Sounds like Jim Nussle will be the republican running for governor and I believe he is pro-gun. What about the House and Senate? Are any of these seats up this Fall? If so how do the candidates rate on the important issues (gun issues that is)? |
| The biggest one, in my opinion, is Iowa City's Senate seat is up. Bolkum blocked the proprosed changes for CCW laws in the Senate ways and means committe. The Demo, from the Davenport area is also up for election, I have heard that she has a serious battle with her Rep. opponet. |
