I have a post-ban 16" Bushmaster and am wondering if anyone knows a resonable gunsmith in the DSM area where I could get my barrel threaded.

Otherwise I may just buy an adapter from Brownell's for $7...

Bushmaster said just buying a new barrel would be as cheap as having them do it after shipping and such, but my gun shoots awesome and I don't want to change barrels. I actually would love to not even remove my current one!

Std. profile barrel with no muzzle check welded on, I charge $60 with an A1 or A2 hider, no way to do this without removing your barrel. I have no idea where DSM is.

Hey David,
Could I ship my whole upper to you? as I don't have a barrel wrench...

What does shipping usually run? I have some friends we may visit in Sioux Falls and I could drop it off along the way and pick it back up on the return if it is something that doesn't take too long...
