I know diddly...perhaps less than diddly on knives....

to my knowledge, the only knife laws in ND are about carrying. the blade must be less than 5", and it cannot be a switchblade or gravity knife or other "dangerous weapon" the carry of any dangerous weapon is permitted if you have a conceal carry permit. the only city who is more restrictive than this is Minot, who shortens the blade length to 3" when you are in a location that sells alcohol, which is probably not exempt from the conceal carry permit route, because you are not allowed to carry in an alcohol establishment even with a permit. |
