I know diddly...perhaps less than diddly on knives....

are these two legal in ND?

to my knowledge, the only knife laws in ND are about carrying.






the blade must be less than 5", and it cannot be a switchblade or gravity knife or other "dangerous weapon"







the carry of any dangerous weapon is permitted if you have a conceal carry permit.












the only city who is more restrictive than this is Minot, who shortens the blade length to 3" when you are in a location that sells alcohol, which is probably not exempt from the conceal carry permit route, because you are not allowed to carry in an alcohol establishment even with a permit.
