I sent my NFA Trust and form 4 in on Dec. 24th, check cashed Jan. 3rd, right at 6 months so far, have not heard nothing so far

My 1st 2 were just about a month ahead of you, and I picked up a little over a week ago.

You should be close. Call them on monday and ask to check on the status. (304) 616-4500. You will need the serial number of the can. Its on the Form 4 if you made yourself a copy, otherwise get it from your dealer.

It is absolutely DISGUSTING that these cant be handled in a more timely manner. Hey ATF......if you are that overworked, HIRE SOME DAMN HELP!

They did, actually. IIRC, 20 temps, and then they'll have 5 permanent hires.

Still probably not enough, but it's something.
