| So he edited a video to make it look like he was singing an explicit song to a group of elementary kids? How the hell is that a crime. The superintendent doesn't have bigger things to worry about? The asshole prosecutor had nothing better to do? Its not like there is a shortage of ACTUAL criminal cases in Muskegon. I hope to god the case goes in front of a judge with some goddamn common sense and it turns out okay for the kid. |
| Prosecutor is really streaching the law on this one. That statute was made for pedos taking pictures and videos of children in sex acts. Dont get me wrong the guys a dum_ a_ _. But theres other laws on the books that fit the crime alot better. Plus any civil action that the parents of the children can take aginst both him and the schools if they did not sign a consent to have their children video taped. After a series of motions filed by both sides you will either see a heck of a plea deal or the case will get tossed. |

I've heard nothing but terrible things about the Muskegon county gun board. Are there anymore details on the aftermath?
