What do you folks think about the Vickers 2 Point Sling? Over priced or worth the cash? I just got one for the company to test out, and wondering if I should stock them or not. I am not that impressed with it. While I think it is a well built sling, the Urban E.R.T. has a whole lot more bang for the buck, and is still made in the U.S.. Perhaps my taste is different, let me know what you think.

| Vickers or vtac is the only thing I'd use. Absolutely no use for a single point sling. I don't like to get hit in the nuts with my rifle, I don't like getting hit in the the teeth with my rifle and I don't like having to dick around with controlling it once I decide I want to do something else besides have two hands on my rifle pretty much sums it up. 3pt is more retarded than single point. |

The sling is a damn good sling, very well put together, but the price is up there. However the Urban E.R.T. sling is priced about the same, and can be configured in many different ways. I may just sell both, and see how they stack up against eachother. As of now I have the ERT sling in the 2 point configuration (the only way I like it) on my show rifle. If any of you guys are around Novi this weekend, the show is over there, and I will have a few tables set up against the wall. Would like so see some guys there.
I got black table covers and will have a tan break up AR on display. I used to be a big fan of the MAMBA 3 point until these tactical 2 points came out, and I will never go back!! |
