What do I need to do if I would like to sell ammo?
Lets say there already is a store front, DBA, and line of credit. NON FFL Thanks in advance! |
| I wish I knew. If you are really serious about doing this for profit, you better invest some time & money speaking to an attorney on the matter. I wouldn't want to stake my business legitimacy on some posts from a website. AR15.com is a great resrouce, no doubt- but it does have limits! |

Clarify: Act as an ammo distributor, not manufacture. Are you going to sell reloaded ammo, or off the shelf ammo? I doubt table dealers at the fun shows have licenses to mfg. I'd prefer to sell the latter as there would be too much liability in reloaded ammo. Start and LLC in any case to protect you from any legal issues down the road..my .02 RD |
