I went there to shoot my MP5 clone with a Fleming sear.

They gave me no problems and gave me a lane that was away from other shooters.

The range is nice and clean and has a range master seated by the windows.

They also have some ammo to shoot in stock which was surprising considering everyone else is out.

But I had fun and no real problems.

The first burst on FA though was priceless.
There were  three other guys shooting and all of a sudden I was the only one shooting and the other three guys were staring.

Ive been back a few times since I went there and they always treat me well. I don't get any safety nazi guff from the range hoss and yes, shit stops when you rip off your first burst. After I got done with my first mag the first time I went there, I turned around to load another and not only were the guys on the range staring but everyone in the shop-including the hired help were pressed up against the window.

I don't get my own lane as it's been pretty busy when I go. Never seem to have to wait long though.

It'll be nice to have a place I can bring a friend to shoot the UZI without having to drive all the way to the Pit.

I haven't been there yet, but I need to check it out.

They are really cool about NFA stuff so its definitely the place to go right now.  I cant imagine if we get a group us to go at the same time!

I'm glad you guys enjoy the range!

It took a lot of time and effort to get it where it is now.
If you like military firearms/Class III stuff, the shop and
range are THE place to be.

You got a class 3 license? Or is .22LR not covered in the NFA?

No such thing as a "Class 3 license". All you have is a piece of paper showing that the weapon has been transferred to you with a $200 postage type stamp and a few signatures on it. Owning an MG isn't nearly as big of a deal as people make it out to be.
