Awesome match this month, lots of targets, movement, and some stuff we don't do very often. I liked it.

Stage 1 was lateral across the 100 yard range. Start with pistol loaded in holster, loaded rifle placed next to two bad guys. Engage two bad guys with pistol, "take" their rifle and ammo, engage their buddies on the way to more ammo. Mags were downloaded to force reloads on the move. This stage definitely required smooth loading, transitions, and shooting with both sides if you wanted to do it properly.

Here I am on my way back down the line, after already traveling the whole way, engaging targets on the move, picking up more ammo, and coming back:

Another shooter engaging the first two targets at the buzzer. This stage also had a requirement to wear ridiculously large socks and tuck your pants into them:

Stage two involved hitting a steel plate with your handgun at 50 yards to start and stop the stage. After engaging steel, shoot bad guys on your way to cover, engage the rest of the bad guys from behind cover. The two low targets had to be engaged from the bottom port holes of cover:

Here a shooter begins his run by shooting at the steel:

Shooting through the ports:

Video, click to watch:

Stage 3 involved multiple pieces of cover. Each group of targets had to be engaged from a different piece of cover. The right side target engaged from the right side of the barrel, and vice versa. A reload was mandatory between shooting positions.

Using the left side of cover:

A video of me running the stage:

Misc:

Lots of AK's out there today. Warms my heart.

Oddly enough, when I saw him Friday at the range he had his pants tucked into his socks like that too, but no purse..

Easy now. At least my man bag matched my outfit better. Woodland BDU's and a college kid fleece, ya can't even see the damn thing! I accessorize so well. :D

Fag bags (It's a European carryall!!) are all the rage with the Starbucks crowd out here, so I could probably be sneaky with a sneaky bag if it came to it.  Thanks!

Here's a couple of links to give you a little more info.  Nice bags with lots of options for carry.  I can post pics of mine if it would help, but it's just like the bags posted below.

The Hawkepaks Rifle BugOut Bag in the third link is not the same thing as a Sneaky Bag.  The Hawkepaks bag closest in design to the Sneaky Bag is the Civil Defense Survival Kit.  I have run both the Sneaky Bag and the Civil Defense Survival Kit.  Since I am poor, I purchased the Hawkepaks Civil Defense bag.  Having run both, I think the Sneaky bag has a slightly better design, but it was not worth the extra $50 - $70 to me.

You are not fooling anyone.  That clearly was not Steve posting as there are no spelling errors or made-up words.

Yes but there was no capitalization. I don't type like a 14 year old girl texting her bff.
