I did two CPL classes for mostly Wayne Co. residents in mid March, In the last week some of them have told me they are just getting the calls to pick up their cards.  You need to call them.
Good Luck

It takes 8-12 weeks, yours should have been ready no later than April. Like everyone else said, you should call.

For those getting tired of waiting (seems to be a growing trend once again in WayCo)...do what worked the last time...light-up the phones, mailboxes, email boxes, fax machine, etc. of your district's commissioner:

Beyond waiting, another valid issue is the complete lack of "customer service" experienced in the Clerk's Office (many accounts of downright rude treatment and complete refusal to look into any possibilities of lost/misfiled applications and/or background checks, etc). Obviously, a first-hand account is best, so try calling the clerk's office (or the Sheriff's office) and getting a status check yourself and see what happens...then search these forums to read other's accounts of the responses they received.

WaCo victim here too man...
