| Hear we go again the U.S. SUPREME COURT has decided to review a case addressing the second amendment,i for one think it is vary important for all of us to think why it was included in our constitution.The frequent and illogical explanation given by these anti-gun rights morons is that our founding fathers know only of single-shot muzzle loaders.And that the constitution never intended to protect semi-automatic rifles and hand guns frankly just gets me piss-off.The second amendment is not about hunting or ancient firearms but that ,it's there to protect the principle that ordinary law-abiding citizens have the innate right to defend themselves from those who will do the harm.The right of the people to bear arms is and always will be the cornerstone of our FREEDOM.GOD BLISS OUR SECOND AMENDMENT |

I have high hopes that the ruling will favor that the 2nd amendment is for individuals and not the National Guard. If it doesn't, well, that would just be sad and something would have to be done about it. However, it would then fall on the states to decide, and luckily the Michigan constitution specifically states that the right to bear arms is for individuals, clearly spelled out without room for militia interpretation. |
