eBay recently announced a new policy regarding firearms parts. The way the letter was written it sounded like they were going to ban anything that was an actual "gun part," such as barrels, trigger parts, etc., and that they were also going to ban brass and bullets as well. (They said something like "Anything needed to fire a firearm" was banned). The way I read their announcement, scopes and red dots would still be OK, but it's eBay, so I wouldn't be surprised if scopes and red dots are NOT OK under their new policy, even though their annoucement letter made it sound like they would be OK. I bet that eBay is yanking the red dot auctions as fast as they are going up as part of their new Jihad against firearms parts. Btw, the eBay annoucement has been all over the gun boards. A few minutes of searchign will turn it up if you want to read it for yourself. |
