I know SBR's are a no go in the Socialist Republic of Michigan,but has anyone seen Arsenals new SLR-107 CR.It has a 16.25 inch barrel but when folded its only 25".Iknow in Mi.it has to be 26".Would it be legal if it were register as a pistol?

As long as you permanently extend the barrel or something else when folded, so the folded overall length exceeds the minimum required.

As is, no. And if you wanted to modify it to make it longer, and therefore legal, it would have to be done *before* it came into the state.
