A friend has an online trading account that someone broke into and created an account to transfer funds out of his account. Also his email accounts password seams to have been changed! My question is what can he do to chase this person down and what government agencies if any can he get involved in this? Thanks |
| I would start by contacting the online trading company and the ISPs of the email providers. They should be able to provide info on how to pursue further. These companies should also be able to tell what IP address the activity originated from; if they want to spend the effort. |
