I want to get some 38 spcl brass, any shops around sell only the brass?
Any members here have brass they want to get rid of?

I've always gotten brass from gun shows. It's also available retail from some of the bigger places - Bass Pro, Gander, etc. though I don't like paying retail for anything.

There was a guy online here locally awhile ago, that had some .223 that i was interested in, but then poof! He disappeared, if you get lucky, you'll find a private individual, or a range that will sell it to ya cheap.
