Can any of you suggest a good gunsmith in the metro detroit area, i used to take stuff i could'nt handle to D&D but no more, of the three or four times i used them i wasnt happy with their work, i had them time a smith and wesson for me twice and still didnt get it right, finally i figured out how to do it myself.  on the build it yourself section of this site i posted a front site replacement and it looks like it'll be too risky of an endevor for me to do, are there any gunsmiths locally that handle AR work, i also have a junky century FAL that needs some work. Any suggestions would be greatly appricated. merry christmas. Joe

If you are Down River I would look at ADCO.

Ken does great work and his prices are very reasonable.

AR 15's, percision bolt guns = go to www.adcofirearms.com

Great customer service, good prices and Steve does excellent work.

You won't be disappointed with either of these guys.

Ken is a great guy to deal with..
Very honest and straightforward.
He does this as he enjoys it not because he makes money.

He also has some of the best rates around as a transfer agent.
