I have a CCW permit in PA. Since MI recognizes it can't I purchase a handgun in MI????

Under Federal law you can only purchase a handgun in your home state. If you have property in MI, and spend a significant amout of time living on it, there are exceptions to this restriction. Long arms can be purchasd in any state.
