Brother in law moving to Kingsport area this fall, any areas to look at/stay away from, he's a pharmacist she has a job in polymer chemistry there. Any info on the area will help

Just stay away from Bristol Speedway on race days. Worst traffic that area sees

I moved here a couple months ago just because I like the area. Blountville, Gray, & Colonial heights are all good areas. Not too much to avoid, I don't like the northern part of Kingsport, just because I don't. Someone get a job at the Eastman?
