This one is on .gov liquidation and is in great shape. I seem to recall there being a guy in TN that has one he is restoring. I always wanted one, maybe someday, just thought I would share this gem.

That's pretty awesome.  My great-uncle was an anti-aircraft gunner on the back of one of those things throughout WWII.

Pony Maples owned about 15-18 of them when he owned RAMO.  Two were the ones with the powered quad 50 mounts complete with guns and 200 round headstone ammo cans.

Israelis were still using them with the reserve units with diesel engines.

While I would love to own one, it would make living with the wife HARD!   LOL

If I had lots of land I'd love to have one of those things to drive around on. Are they allowed on public streets?

Says in the listing that they can be made street legal and registered.

They have rubber tracks so I don't see why not, although their top speed is pretty low if I remember.

That one needs a new set of track.  The ones on it are shot.  There is a place in Memphis that is suppose to sell surplus Israeli ones.  They are NOT cheap though.

Top speed is about 45 mph, but doing that the ride will beat you almost to death.  Even the ones I rode in the desert in Israel beat you up.

That was Southern Parts. They closed up shop, and Gary Hebbing bought everything they had left.

He has new tracks for sale for 1,300 each, plus freight.
