They were recently ranked at the top of the state in terms of low taxes, being business friendly, low crime, good schools, etc. Farragut out by Knoxville was right up there with it. East Nashville is undergoing hipster gentrification, but the crime rate out there is still pretty rough. And you get Nashville taxes etc. |
