Given the more-recent entries on NFAtracker, it appears that most examiners are just now approving F4's with pending dates (which can be as much as a month after check cash) from late July.
They switched to a new system July 1 where examiner is assigned by state instead of transferor initial...we now have Albert Lamberger. That said, the backlog appears almost uniform across all examiners. They also are a man down since Shipman recently retired and Flanigan left a few months ago...only one person replaced them both. Strap in and wait is all we can do, I guess. I have a couple double-F4 transfers just initiated within the last month or so that I don't really expect to get until Aug-Sept. |
