Just got the paperwork back on this.  Did a Form 4 transfer and it took longer than the last one.  $4500 out the door.  No, it's not for sale.  Looks like about 97% overall.

Congrats on a great find.  I am not familiar with this Ruger model.  What action is it based on?  Can you share some bio on it?

It's based on the Mini-14, which is based on the M-14.  It is an AC-556K, which is the select fire cousin of the Mini-14 and Mini-30.  The Mini-14 is still being produced.  It is made by Sturm, Ruger and Co.  I'm not sure if they are still producing it for export or police use.  It has semi, 3 shot, and full auto capability.  The 13 inch barrel will no doubt prove to be exciting to shoot, but not a great tactical rifle.

Your next purchase should be a black GMC van with a red stripe.

I've heard the ciner kits run awesome in these . much cheaper on ammo also.

one of the nicest features about this rifle is the factory support that you get from ruger. last I hear they were out of folding stocks and replacement recievers though.
