Today's Tennessean newsrag had a blurb about the esteemed Sen. Ophelia Ford absence from the current legislative session. Seems neither she, her lawyer nor her family would fess up as to why she was in the hospital (re: rehab).  Said hospital releases a statement saying the esteemed Sen. Ford was being treated for anemia & lack of nutrition. I guess alcohol isn't as chock full of nutrients as it used to be.................  Anyone wish to bet whether or not the hospital is telling the whole truth & nothing but the truth?  Does anyone wish to bet IF she in fact gets diagnosed as being an alcoholic she doesn't: A) Apply for SSN disability for it. B) Sue the TN Senate for her ouster after her first election "win" that was tainted by illegal votes that "caused" her alcoholism. Any takers?????????
