Look here  Just got to get together and do it... As I understand it , no one can do it for you unless they have an ffl.Doing so would take it beyond the 80% making it a complete firearm. Am I wrong on this ? |
My understanding is that you can't do it for someone, but you can stand there and guide them through the process. |
