[ARCHIVED THREAD] - CCW at Spring Mobile?

I'm sure it's been discussed before but a quick search didn't turn anything up. I can't find anything on the Bees' website. Google turned up nothing. Metal detectors? Do they wand at the gate? Body cavity search?

I went to two games last summer. Walked right in. No search. 442 in pocket holster the whole game.

No problems. Haven't been yet this year.

Haven't had any problems with searches. It is a neighborhood I feel much more comfortable in when carrying.

No issues last night. They were searching bags but nothing else. Great game. Fireworks show was one of the best I've seen.

I went to the gate, carrying. Saw the sign so went back to my car and left my Glock. Then I went back to the gate and and walked through without being searched. Realized I would have been fine with my weapon. I do not like being unarmed in large crowds.

The "searches" in the venues here are the most half-assed things I've ever seen. I had my S&W BG380 in my LR pocket, girl felt right up my buttcheek and waved me through. Wasn't the first time it's been blatantly "discovered" yet ignored.

Did you have to tip her for the feel up?

I've ccw'ed there with no issues, they looked in the wife's purse but that's it.
