This is from Stuart at Get Some any questions direct them to the store.

Please forward to AR15.com
Attention (former)FBMG customers and patrons;  I have had many of you fine people enter my store in the past few weeks since the closing of FBMG.  I will answer the number one question right now.  "No, you will not get your money back on any special order, because if FBMG has your money they should issue total refunds immediately."  Contact your CREDIT CARD COMPANY IMMEDIATELY, if you paid cash or check go to small claims court NOW.  I don't believe OSHA shut their doors either, maybe I will call the building owner or OSHA and ask.  If OSHA shut it down it would not be for sale or lease right after they moved out.  They ran themselves into the ground with promises of big dreams and hopes(lies) "Utah biggest indoor range."  Company don't just pack up because of a leaking roof or mold.  Companies go out of business because they can't full-fill obligations or debt.  I started "GET SOME" in 2003 and I did struggle for the first few years and yes it was difficult, but what business(or a persons life) doesn't have challenges.  I did however make sure that I would up hold my company with honesty and integrity.  I don't, to this day do pre-buys(SCAR, HK, or any other new toy) I only sale what I know I can get.  I don't like to run my mouth with fony promises or make excuses.  Yes I do have my problems and so does "GET SOME" but we will be in business for many more years and try to get better each day.  Now here is my major statement "FBMG give back the money to these hard working people," or make a statement right now that you give your word (in writing) that everyone will get their items or money back.  I will  pass it on to all of them who will now shop "elsewhere."   I think you lost a golden opportunity "to tip your hat to all of your GREAT customers and slowly with dignity fade into the sunset."   I now dub you "Super James."  I wonder why Larry left, now I know why.  As far as "GET SOME"s financial status  "We are packed with guns and inventory"  which are all paid for.  Yes, to make this range happen I had to get creative but it was all me, no investors or partners.  I worked my but off for 15 yrs and I have been blessed.  I have awesome customers and employees who know that I'm a "straight shooter" No BS kind of guy, They know I tell them the truth even when its makes me look bad.   The only advertisement I have pulled out of was "Black Rifle Radio," good luck to them but I didn't feel a return for my money so I full-filled my contract and didn't renew.  As far as billboards I did stop my I-15 one and started focusing on billboard in certain part's of SLC/Ogden/Provo.  Coming soon to DRAPER.  Radio is a crap shoot sometimes it works, sometimes it doen't.  In the summer business always slows, because people are not focusing on guns (vacations, traveling etc.).  So I don't run adds when their not thinking about guns.  I will start again end of August first of September.  I have talked with both Citadel Broadcasting and Reagan Outdoor Advertising and they both say your full of ****.  I'm in the process of filing a lawsuit over the statement you made about "GET SOME" against Citadel/Reagan for braking customer confidentiality and slander and tarnishing reputation over false statement, so maybe it will reach you and the company your wife works for or maybe after I sue them for these statement they will mop up what is left of FBMG.  Any money's awarded (after I pay my attorny's) I will refund to former customers of FBMG who didn't receive their goods.  Please, PLEASE, PLEASE just go away, it's over.  Name me one company that has actually shut their doors for a couple of months , move and reopened and are still in business today.  You can't afford to shut your doors it will cost you three or four times the money to get customers back, plus the ones who are out money right now will never come back.  ALL TALK never has made anything happen for anyone, the FUZZY BUNNY is proof.  Thanks Stuart Wallin

Stuart better hope his statements turn out to be true because fights in public are damn nasty. And if he's wrong, well I certainly wouldn't go to get some.

So Stuart, do you know something that we don't? Because this rage is out of the blue to me and so far I don't like it one bit.

So what do I do about my ACC suppressor they have that I paid cash for? I paid for it months ago, it was in stock but they held it while I awaited paperwork from the BATF to return. I know they had it cause we had to pull the serial numbers off it to fill out the BATF forms.

That can is mine and its paid for and registered with the BATF as mine. For all I know my stamp already came back and they never called me about it.

I gotta say, I felt it was shady that no one called me to say "hey, dont worry.....our store front is closing but we have your suppressor and will call when your paperwork arrives." I dove by one day to check on it and I found the place closed and the sign gone.

I normally shop Get Some as I have always found their selection 10x's that of FBMG and Ive always had great service there. FBMG just happened to have an AAC Evolution suppressor in stock though.

If anyone knows how to get in touch with the owner I think it would be in his best interest to start reaching out to people and keep them informed and start making this right.

I will give him the benefit of the doubt and hope he contacts me......I have sent multiple emails to him with no response. If not, I will not only file civilly but I will also be contacting the Draper police department. That can is registered in my name, making it my property and failure to return it to me is theft.

I hope he makes it right.

Like I said I am not apart of Get Some, but Stuart wanted to adress some issues himself that were brought up in a previous post in a different thread . They would not take his Yahoo email for him to set up an account, so he asked me to post it. If you have problems with the post please send it to Get Some.

Movin Man, first I have no problems with you buying from other companies.  Buyer Beware.  If you have a copy of your form 4, on section 9 did he allow you to get info on this transfer, if so call the ATF NFA branch at 1-304-616-4500 they will help you.  Make sure you have your serial ##.  Good Luck let me know if I can help in any other way.  I have listened to "Super" run his mouth for a long time.  He has made many comments about "Get Some" and I have just let it go.  I have had several businesses and friends who own businesses, you don't close the doors unless you have nothing to sell, you can't pay your bills/debts.  If you were moving I think you would give yourself more time to transition and let as many of your customers know.    I just stated the truth.  I think competition is good and keeps us working hard and honest.  Stuart

Here is Stuart's answer, again this is not from me, I just get the job of middle man.

This is not the place for local businesses to air their grievances.

Please refer all questions and concerns about either business directly
to the owners.  To my knowledge neither James or Stuart have accounts
on AR15.com.  That would make anything posted here hearsay.
