I know it has passed , but is it now in effect ? I'm also wondering about how it may or may not relate to having a firearm in my vehicle in one of Utah's National parks .
Last I knew no firearms were allowed in National parks , unless you have your CCW ? I don't have my concealed permit . Thanks in advance to anyone who can help with some answers . |

The Credit Card bill, signed by the President, includes the Nationl Park carry amendment.
It will not go into effect until February 2010, so National Parks in Utah are still off limits. After February of 2010 though, you may not even need a permit. Time will tell on this one! |
