I am ordering a gun from an out of state dealer. Who charges the least to do a transfer? I am looking for someone in Utah or Salt Lake County.

I don't know who's the cheapest, but for comparison:

Get Some:  $35 + tax
FBMG:  $25 (that was a year ago)

Those are the two businesses I deal with the most.

Rangemasters in Utah Country charges $25 for a new customer... they'll cut you a break if you order more than one item.

Bulls Eye Gun Club is a $25 for a year of transfers and a great guy as well.  There is also Troy Gren (found on the FFL page on Gunbroker.com) who is in Clearfield who charges $10.
