| I just received orders to Hill AFB. What is the best area to buy a house and how is the current market? Anyone have any recomendations for a realtor. I will be going to Korea for a year first but my wife wants to go ahead and move up there. Thanks, Dan |

There are tons of housing developments in the HAFB area. I think the ones out to the west are still in the inexpensive range. If you go north into Ogden they are still pretty good too. The market has been a seller's one for a long time here. Seems to be slowing down a bit as interest rates go up though. I've got a great realtor I've been using in SLC. I can IM you contact info if you are interested. He's very persistant. Be good to have you. I love living in Utah. I won't ever leave again. |
