MT has some really nice areas - here is a link to get you to one of the major cities and real estate referrals. From there you can branch out to find an area as the state is not that large in terms of real estate companies.

Two places I've dealt with in the past advertise in various outdoor magazines:  Treasure State Ranches and Rocky Mountain Timberlands but I can't remember which one has the website.  Both will send you information packets if you contact them.

Also looking for residential real estate in (preferably central/Hot Springs/Thermopolis area) Wyoming.  Hope to move there soon!

Another question.  What little property I've seen online is zoned agriculture or open range.  Can I correctly presume it is virtually impossible to get these re-zoned to for a residential home construction?

I think that I can speak for Fister and say we are not real estate tycoons.  We just want to live in a better state.  Wyoming is it!
