Not sure what exactly happened but due to shitty organization and communication (on my part), and a whole lot of bad luck, our shoot went to hell. Anthem and I somehow got lost and made it to the coordinates that were posted the back way but others that went the right way couldn't find it and/or were locked out. Idk who exactly went up and what happened to everyone but it didn't turn out good. Sucks for all of us I was lookin to forward to a big get together.
A few of you warned me it was too broad of a time frame and I should have listened

But the first time one of you Sons of Bitches muzzle sweeps me, or breaks out booze while the line is hot, I'm out! 
Typically we go to the National Forest someplace. Used to go to Browns camp, but that place is full of tweakers and such. There are some places out on the east side past Estacada, but I haven't been out there for a long time. |

I am 100% down for the shoot, when/where ever it happens. I feel like Im an ammo collector now, not a shooter.
Sadly, I have nothing to offer but company this time, the Jeep and thus the trailer is out of commission till after Christmas. 
Buuuut- I do have 6 empty 20lb propane tanks that make excellent audible chest size rifle targets- I could probably get all of 'em in the back of the Subaru. I could also be somebody's ride, but those propane tanks are going to STINK on the way home once they are full of holes. Personally, I vote for somewhere that is out in the sticks. Everyone here out to be able to follow 4 simple rules + no booze and guns together. We dont need no sissy range. Heres a link to one of the AZ hometown shoots: (link incoming) |

But seriously your company will be GREATLY appreciated! I just want to get a bunch of like minded fellas together and have some fun doing what we all love (no homo).

Couple other guys have other things going on and that way people have plenty of notice to try and clear some space in their schedules. Plus more time for people to see what we are doing and get their asses out there! |

| I really need to try out a few ACOGS. Ive been looking at the 3x and 4x, but just cant put that kind of money down till I try them in a practical manner. The 3x field of view seems so limited, but I feel like the 4x is too much power for close engagement. My 1-4 is heavy, and I really dont trust its ruggedness. What I need to do is sack up for a Nightforce 1-4. |

I would like to point out that the Eugene-Springfield area is centrally located.....  Maybe we can start a list of each persons "general" vicinity. That way we can figure out what works best. Unincorporated Clackamas County...(south of Portland)...
I'll drive a distance so don't plan around me...been to a couple before, don't have the fun toys the others showed up with (full auto breifcase ) but I have a BBQ and would supply some food (gratis)...
Have ammo of course and If ya'll behave, I'll let you have a run with the NAA and free .22 ammo
