I use Danbrew's ATF forms section for all of my forms. You can fill in the fields appropriately and then print off an almost complete form. Then you simply need to get your finger print cards, attach passport picture and get your county sheriff's signature (if you are filling out a form 4.) Some straightforward help: There is no "class 3 license" technically. There are various licenses for various purposes. If you just want to OWN a machinegun, you don't need a license, there is just a more involved purchasing procedure. A license is only required if you want to run a firearms related business. Then there are special taxes to pay if you want to deal with NFA stuff like machineguns and silencers. |
