well I finally finished getting my AR zeroed at 100 meters at my uncle's place, weather was great with almost no wind. and after I got it zeroed I drove around his circles and found me a rabbit to test it on ( holly smokes what 5.56 fmj loads do to a rabbit... these were the Q3131 rounds I got at Bi-mart). I think I am ready for some coyote hunting now. Dave |
I was reading in the WA hometown forums that Bi-marts got small shipments of Q3131, so I called the Bi-mart in Hermistion Oregon (closest one to me, only 30 miles from my house) and they had a little over 1000 rounds, I bought 400 rounds. These are Winchester White box 55 grain 5.56 marked Q3131 on the box. Call your local Bi-mart and see if they have any. I was shooting on my uncle's place about three miles from my house (550 acres of alf-alfa). Dave |
