Media server at the top of the page. You'll probably have to log in. Click on Avatar and upload something.

1) At the very top left of the AR15.com webpage (above the logo) there is a button labeled "MEDIA SERVER". Click it.
2) Login with your AR15.com user/pass
3) Click Avatar/SigPic
4) Browse/Upload

Note that your avatar must be 80 x 60 pixels (80 wide x 60 high).
